To reach Bau Trang tourist area, you need to travel to Phan Thiet first. The most common means of transport is still the bus, taking about 4 hours from Ho Chi Minh City. You can choose from many reputable bus companies to book tickets. Bau Trang is about 60km from the center of Phan Thiet city, and you can travel in two ways:

From Phan Thiet, drive along National Highway 1A towards Luong Son town. Then turn right at the Luong Son intersection, and you can continue for about 18km through the red clam forest, green coconut forest, and vast white sand dunes. This route is also favored by many due to its pristine and impressive scenery.

Start moving from Vo Nguyen Giap road, through Xuan Thuy, Hon Rom, then go straight towards Mui Ne market. From here, you can continue along the coastline for another 12km and admire the beautiful coastal road along the way.
